ABOUT MOTO

Moto is infrastructure for how you move.At home, abroad, and everywhere in between, Moto gives its members a quieter way to move through the world. It starts with a Visa Infinite card built for global spending, with zero FX fees and one system that works wherever you go. Beyond the card, Moto connects members to preferred stays, dining, travel, culture, experiences, and wellness. The card is only the beginning.

Moto combines a Visa Infinite credit card and a self-custodial wallet into a single app. Deposit funds, receive a collateral-backed credit limit, and use your card anywhere Visa is accepted. Moto does not deduct each purchase from your balance like a debit card. You spend on credit and settle your balance monthly. The infrastructure is built onchain. The experience is designed to feel like a premium card.

No. Moto is built for both mainstream and crypto-native members. You do not need an external wallet, prior crypto experience, or an understanding of DeFi. Bank accounts are also supported.Moto handles the technical complexity behind the scenes, giving you a familiar way to fund, spend, and manage your account.

Usage

Applications are open on the Moto website and reviewed periodically. If your application is approved, you’ll receive an email with the next steps. To apply for Moto, simply download Moto from the App Store or Play Store and begin your application.

You can fund your account using the methods shown in the Moto app, including supported crypto and stablecoins. For crypto deposits, Moto provides the correct address for each supported asset and network. Always confirm that the asset, network, and destination address match the details shown in your account. Transactions confirmed onchain cannot be reversed.

Processing time depends on the asset, network, and withdrawal method. These are estimates. Network conditions and additional security or compliance checks may extend processing times.

Transaction

  • Solana USDC deposit
  • Other supported crypto deposit
  • Crypto withdrawal
  • Fiat withdrawal

Typical processing time

  • Usually under 2 minutes
  • Up to 48 hours
  • Usually within minutes
  • Typically within 1 business day; occasionally up to 3

Some transactions require an additional security or compliance review. These checks help protect Moto members and the integrity of the platform. Most reviews are completed within 24 hours. If your transaction has remained under review for longer, contact Moto Support, and we’ll look into it.

Every Moto member must complete identity verification during onboarding. This helps us meet our regulatory obligations and keep the platform secure. Depending on your jurisdiction or account activity, we may occasionally require additional information. If we do, you’ll receive clear instructions in the Moto app.

Onchain transactions are irreversible. Funds sent to an incorrect address, unsupported asset, or unsupported network may not be recoverable. Before confirming a transfer, verify the asset, network, and deposit address against the details shown in your Moto account. If you believe you made an error, contact Moto Support immediately. We’ll review the transaction and explain any available options, but recovery cannot be guaranteed.

Moto uses multiple layers of security, including encrypted communications, device-bound passkeys, multisignature wallet infrastructure, and ongoing fraud monitoring. Moto is self-custodial, meaning you retain control of your assets. You should still protect your device and credentials, review transaction details carefully, and never share verification codes or recovery information. Moto Support will never ask for your passkey or private recovery credentials.

A payment can be declined because of:

  • Insufficient available credit
  • A merchant or transaction restriction
  • A security check
  • A payment-network issue
  • A temporary service interruption

Check your available credit and confirm that your card is active, then try again. If the payment continues to fail, contact Moto Support with the merchant name, transaction amount, and approximate time of the attempt.
